Our mission is to provide a multipurpose mid-size cattle. That can be in cold and warm climates. 

Multi-purpose means can provide milk, meat and potential for oxen (draft). We will be milk testing our cows this year. We will be tracking milk production to ensure we provide cows that can provide for the family and their calf. Bulls will be assessed. Some may be steered for oxen/pet only. 

What we will have as choices: 

Irish Dexters: for the fluffy but shed and multi-purpose breed. 

Kentshire: Provide easy going nature with hybrid vigor as they were bred for but to also hope they will provide the willingness to learn to our calves. Hoping to have more soon.
